Afterpay Terms and Conditions

At Shuttr, we are pleased to offer Afterpay as a payment option for our customers. Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay for your purchases over time in four interest-free installments. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility for Afterpay

  1. Afterpay is available for purchases made on our website, subject to eligibility criteria.
  2. To use Afterpay, you must be 18 years or older, have a valid debit or credit card, and reside in a country where Afterpay operates.
  3. The total purchase amount must fall within Afterpay’s approved transaction limits.


Payment Process

  1. When you select Afterpay at checkout, your total purchase amount will be split into four equal installments.
  2. The first installment is due at the time of purchase, while the remaining three payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment method every two weeks.
  3. Payments are interest-free, provided installments are paid on time. Late fees may apply if a scheduled payment is missed.


Order Fulfillment and Returns

  1. Your order will be processed and shipped as usual when you select Afterpay as your payment method.
  2. If you need to return an item, our Return Policy applies. Refunds for purchases made with Afterpay will be processed in accordance with our policy. Once we approve the return, Afterpay will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
  3. If the return is partial, Afterpay may reduce your outstanding balance rather than issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.


Late Payments and Fees

  1. If you miss a payment, Afterpay reserves the right to charge a late fee, as outlined in their terms of service.
  2. Missed payments may also impact your ability to use Afterpay for future purchases, so we recommend ensuring sufficient funds are available in your nominated payment account on scheduled payment dates.


Afterpay Account Management

To use Afterpay, you must create and manage an account directly with Afterpay. Shuttr is not responsible for account issues, payment approvals, or declined transactions. For assistance with your Afterpay account, payment schedule, or any related concerns, please contact Afterpay customer support at https://www.afterpay.com.


Important Notes

  1. Afterpay is a separate entity from Shuttr, and its terms and conditions are subject to change.
  2. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to comply with both Shuttr’s policies and Afterpay’s Terms of Service, which can be reviewed on the Afterpay website.
